Dilwyn is a Legal Executive in the Company's Probate, Trusts and Wills team at the Denbigh office. In the main, he deals with Wills, Probate and Court of Protection matters.
Dilwyn has been with the Company since 1980 and is a fluent Welsh speaker. A registered Trust and Estates Practitioner, Dilwyn is also a member of Solicitors For the Elderly and a Panel Reciever for the Public Guardianship Office. In 2006, Dilwyn was elected the first Chairman of the North Wales Branch of the Institute of Legal Executives. Outside work, Dilwyn has considerable involvement with local chapels, being an elder in Brookhouse chapel, Denbigh since 1984. He has been a lay preacher in the North Wales area since 1992. Over the years, Dilwyn has held a number of voluntary positions including District Treasurer for the Scouts, clerk to the Governors of a local school and secretary of Ensemble Cymru, a chamber orchestra. Currently, he is secretary of the Denbigh Welsh Society and one of the editors of Denbigh's Welsh language community newspaper.
