Originally from the South West of England, Lynette
moved to North Wales from the Midlands to join the
firm in 2004.
Lynette is experienced in dealing with tax and
estate planning issues and enjoys all aspects of
her work which includes Wills, Trusts, Probate,
Tax, Business Succession planning and Court of Protection.
She is a student member of the Society of Trust
and Estate Practitioners (STEP) currently working
towards full membership.
Lynette enjoys working with her clients to achieve
their objectives. Lynette is particularly passionate
about issues concerning elderly clients - understanding
their desire to be treated sensitively but with
respect. Lynette is the Treasurer and an active
member of the North Wales branch of Solicitors for
the Elderly.
Lynette is based at our St Asaph office but her
client base extends to the surrounding area.
In fact, Lynette’s client base is wide ranging
and clients with family businesses and farming clients.
