The Non-contentious Department of Swayne Johnson is made up of four teams of Lawyers.

The Commercial and Domestic Property team based at Denbigh is lead by Edward Lloyd. Sarah Noton is the head of the Probate, Trusts, Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning team based at the Denbigh office.

Richard Chamberlain heads the Company, Commercial and Property team at the St Asaph office. Stuart Vessey is head of the Probate, Trusts and Wills team at the St Asaph office.

Non-Contentious cases are those concerning every aspect of Legal advice which do not generally involve recourse to the courts. For example, Wills, moving house and Probate cases are all Non-Contentious areas of work and are just 3 of the many types of work our specialists are able to assist with.
