Sarah Noton, TEP, FRSA, Managing Director and Solicitor
Sarah is Managing Director of the company and is based at the St Asaph office.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 1990, and is a specialist in Court of Protection and Trust law. Sarah is a panel Deputy for the Court of Protection, one of only 3 in Wales.
Much of her work involves acting as Deputy for protected parties under Court of Protection orders. This has a wide remit and its focus is on assisting vulnerable people to make sure their best interests are protected. This could include making decisions on behalf of the person, and working with families, social services and other relevant authorities in a wide variety of circumstances.
Clients include those living with Dementia, learning difficulties and acquired brain injuries.
Sarah is STEP qualified (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and acts as a Trustee for many trusts including private and charitable trusts.
As Managing Director Sarah is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, and for its day-to- day management.
Sarah is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA) . Sarah is currently Deputy Under Sheriff of Clwyd.
