Richard is a Director of the Company and a qualified Lawyer since 1980, based at the Llandudno office. Richard has a client base from North Wales to the South of England and is a member of the Equine Lawyers Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Probate Section of the Law Society.
Richard specialises in Company and Commercial (Company Law) and Commercial Property Conveyancing. Richard advises commercial and private clients, including a substantial number of Landowners and farmers on a wide variety of countryside and business management matters. He is the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to the Appaloosa Horse Club UK Limited and provides legal comment to a national equine magazine. Richard also has experience relating to software sales and leasing and maintenance contracts for the IT industry. He has been involved in the creation of companies, both charitable and non-charitable and carries out pro-bono work for the "Business in the Community" organisation. Richard also has considerable experiece of Probate, Trusts and Wills work and is a Panel Receiver for the Public Guardianship Office.
