Sarah is based at the Llandudno office but also has a wide Client base in Denbigh and the Vale of Clwyd.

Sarah deals with matters for Private Clients and Businesses including Wills, Taxation, Land and Succession work . Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax issues , as well as Trust planning , form a large part of her work.

Sarah has wide experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters and Elderly Client issues and is one of only three Panel Deputies for the Court of Protection, in North Wales.

Trust and Probate work comprise a great deal of Sarah's work, advising Executors and Trustees, but also, Beneficiaries in connection with their rights under the Will or Trust.

Sarah is also a Consultant for a Specialist Environmental Law Firm on Private Client matters.

She is frequently asked to speak at Seminars hosted by the Country Land and Business Association (Wales) and others, on a wide variety of issues. Sarah is STEP qualified - the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners is widely recognised as a specialist qualification in its own right. Sarah is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Sarah' s other appointments are as Chair of Governors of Ysgol Hiraddug Dyserth, Company Secretary to the Scala Cinema and Arts Centre Prestatyn, a registered charity, and Honorary Solicitor to the Gateway Gardens charity
